Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina

sexual abuse offender responsible for childs cancer

Cervical cancer developes in 10-12 years, and early

intercourse has been a cause for the cancer. Could a

father who sexually abused his daughter as a baby,

be held fully responsible,(medical bills and legal

bills) for his 15 year with cervical cancer?

It takes 4 years for each of the first 3 stages,(12

years) according to a GYN and cervical cancer research on the net.

I'm not sure I listed the right area of law. I do not

know that's why I was writing you.
