time limit to sue after final decision

can i sue whichever branch i need to in order to prove my ''in line of duty'' status after appeal was remanded back to my local va office and rubber stamped with the original denial of ''service connection'' when i was injured?Or is there a statue of limitations since my injury occured in 1979? thankz for what you all do!
