Legal Question in Workers Comp in South Carolina

Job termination

I work two jobs. I was injured, on my part time job. The Dr. that the company sent me to, told me that I could not continue to work either job. On my full time job I was on probation for six months. I had completed five of the six months. The other day my full time job terminated me. Is this legal to do??? If i had not followed Dr. orders I would have blown my comp case.

You posted this question under Workers Compensation. Its actually Labor Law or Employment law question. I would suggest contacting an attorney that practices one of these areas of law. You may have a case called, Wrongful Termination.
