Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Tennessee

Went to court, got a desicion, still NOT paying

Hello,

We are a small print shop here in Nashville, TN 37217.

Our customer paid us with check on 10/02/2004 the amount of $668.52, but

the check has bounced. We went to court with our corporate lawyer and got a

decision from court against this person. Terms of the decision was he was

going to pay us in installment for so many weeks, but he never had, not even

a single payment. My question is what rights we have against this person. I

just want to get other inputs to this matter.

Thanks and have a peaceful day,

DD

If you can find a checking account or saving account owned by this person, you can use the court judgment to attach (take) that amount out of his account. You can also put a lien on a vehicle he owns or any real property he owns.
