Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
punishment
my husband and i are going through a custody battle with his ex wife. last week her and her husband were arrested, and the sherrifs department charged them with possesion with intent to resale and child endangerment. i was told that the FBI is the ones who busted them and that they were in the middle of cooking crank . i was wondering what kind of time will they recieve if any. it is his 2nd offence but her 1st. and will she lose her visitation rights with the kids.
