Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Child Custody Reversal

My ex husband is trying to build a false case against me in order to gain custody of my three kids and eliminate support. I was awarded primary custodial parent over five years ago. During the divorce, which he bitterly oppossed, he then tried to make a case of me being a child beater..it didn't work. Now, my 13 year old son wants to live with Dad, the ''party parent'' as the restrictions there are none and money flows easy. The two of them have filed with the police the accusation of abuse. Now, DHS has interviewed my other two kids. What can I do, what are his chances of ''winning''...there is NO proff or truth, but I am afraid that justice may not be served. My two other kids hate going over to their Dad's and haven't gone for about & months. Please help as my ex is vindictive and promised to make my life miserable when i divorced him years ago.

Re: Child Custody Reversal

Even if an attorney gave you sound advice on your situation here, you are going to need an attorney there to represent you in court. The best advice I an give you is to find a good attorney, find the attorney quick, and then be fully honest in talking with the attorney. Good luck.
