If the time frame in the divorce decree has passed for the selling of the house then I agree - file a motion for contempt or a motion to compel the sale. If there was no time frame in the decree it would probably fall to a "reasonable" time to sell. What is reasonable would be up to the judge to decide or, if you have a mediation clause, it would need to go to mediation first. However, if the time is specified and in the divorce decree and that time has passed, I would probably start with a motion to compel the sale and if he does not start the process then a contempt motion.
