Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Tennessee

My 4wheeler was at a chain dealer for repairs. When the repairs were complete their employee rolled it doing $4000 damage. The next night it was stolen off their lot. If they had not damaged it it would have been safe in my garauge. They are saying they are not responsible. Am I out $10,000?

The dealer is responsible for your vehicle while it is at their shop. I'm not sure what their basis is for saying they are not responsible. If you would like to discuss this matter in greater detail, feel free to contact my office.
