Being Sued

Being sued for auto accident which was a ''fender bender''. Plantiff has been having physical therapy for 1 year complaining of soft tissue injury. My auto insurance medical has been maxed out and now being sued for ''unspecified amount''. I'm a college student (last semester), no job, no income, no assets. What happens if she's awarded a lot of money?

did you have liabilty insurance? If so, you need to let them know asap about the suit. they will provide a defense for you as well as indemity for any judgment that is covered up to your liabilty limits.
