Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Tennessee

Get Them Out

Tennant are trying to say they purchased the property, but never followed thru with down payment and contract for payments was never drawn up,etc. Hired lawyer 3 years ago to get them out legally. I pay insurance and taxes on property. Lawyer has done nothing to settle this matter. Paid $1200.00 for lawyer for nothing so far. What do I do?

1)Go to attorney's office ask for file and refund.

2)Hire another attorney.
