Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

My 17 year old son was involved in a rollover/explosion accident that did not involve another vehicle and was the fault of the driver of the vehicle he was in. the driver was a minor not supposed to have other minors in the car, when the car rolled, he had to bust out the back window to pull them all (3) out. when he got the last one(driver) out, and moved away from the vehicle, it exploded. their insurance company is giving me the run around, because my son is 18 now they say they only have to deal with him , but all the bills are in my name and i don't even know what they are responsible for. they keep talking about "making an offer" after i get this itemized bill or that itemized bill, etc. do we need an attorney?

It is the insurance company's job to try and pay as little as possible to you and your son to settle your claims for the accident. You will need an attorney to make sure you recover a suitable amount for your son's injuries. I believe you have a strong case and I would like to hear more details before I give you my professional opinion. Feel free to contact me at 321-0220 if you would like to discuss your case.
