Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
I was arrested for public intoxication last weekend, i wasn't given a breathalyzer or asked to take any certain kind of test to indicate i was intoxicated. I am 17 years old and would like to get this off my record. What are my options? IS my driver's license going to be suspended?

Fight it. Plead "not guilty" and demand a jury trial.
