Is an invoice a legal contract in Texas? And there is no mention of a legally binding contract on the invoice

A contract is an agreement that two (or more) people make to exchange something of value (goods or services) for something else of value (goods, money, or services).

Most contracts don't have to be in writing. Most contracts are not.

An invoice is (usually) not a contract.
