Purchased Inventory, Never Recieved Inventory

We live in FL, Inventory lives in Tx. Paid $2900 for Digital Cameras, they cashed check, we never recieved payment. Demanded over and and over payment, we come up short. What can we do to get our money back?

File a complaint with both your state's Attorney General's office, and with the Inspector General of the U.S. Postal Service, if the check was sent by mail.

Mr. Bradie and Mr. Copeland have provide adequate advice. If you wish to be more pro-active you can retain counsel and sue the seller. Suit would best be brought in Texas, because the vendors asets are presumed to be there. If you need assistance, call me.

You might try the police. It would be helpful to know the zip code in Texas for the "seller."
