Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Is it true that in Texas, even if a debtor makes a payment on a charged- off account, the statute of limitations doesn't reset UNLESS the payment brings the account back to current? Also, can credit card companies continue to charge finance charges on a charged-off account?

my opinion is a payment resets statute...and as to what credit caard compies can do..anything but to challlenge you need to get in Court..
