Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

My niece made a statement to the CPS in regards to indecency with a child. They questioned her and came to the conclusion to charge her father. Since being home and having time to think about what happened to her she believes she was dreaming . She is openly talking to me in regards to what she is remembering now that she is not being questioned for a period of over 8 hours while in cps custody. She wants to tell someone what she is remembering. Do i call the investigator or do i call the CPS office so she can talk to them about this? She will not let us take her home until she talks to someone about this....Please help...
