felony expungment
im trying to get a tribal job.and my convition is 10+years old,all fines and cs hours and rehab sucsessfully completed case was never closed until today.can i get it removed or reduced to misdemenor?so i can work at indian casino ?

In CA, certain convictions may be dismissed (although the record of arrest still remains on your record). Consult California PC section 1203.4, if the conviction was sustained in California.

IF this is a Texas conviction, ask for Texas attorneys to respond, not California. If it is a CA conviction, then contact me to discuss your procedures and costs. Some convictions can be expunged.
