Help in filing a adjudication termination form to the judge

I am looking for help in filing an adjudication form to the District Judge regarding to my situation. I completed my probation time and when I had been at the court they told me that if I completed it with no other problems that they would give an adjudication on my case. so I thought that it had been written in my folder but as it turn out when I went to work and they saw that charge I was asked to resign against my will even thou I explain to them my situation. When I comtacted the then DA who is now the District Judge i was told that I had to hire an attorney to file that form to the courts, but how when I can not get a teaching job I have a Bachelor Degree in Education but can not use it until this is of my records, this happen since 1982. I hope that you can help me.
