Back child cupport

Filed for divorce in 05' went through whole process, husband ordered to pay child support, never pd. Anything! Last step of divorce lawyer was supposed to file paperwork,she never filed case was dismissed for lack of prosecution. Can i get husband to pay back child support he was ordered to pay and never did? I Have had to start divorce proceedings all over again

I assume you have a new attorney. You need to talk to him or her about this. If you don't have a new attorney you really need to find one. This is too complicated to just give you a general answer.
