My child and money matters

My ex-wife has custody of my 14 years old child, but when is convenient for her to send the child with me, for period of time as long as 9 month, she made me sign papers where explain that I still have to give her the child support, and for avoid problems with her I accepted.

How can I get legal support where she can not manipulate me between money matters and my child?

I don't know what papers you signed, but unless it's a court order, it doesn't matter. The next time she sends the child to be with you for 6 months or more, file for custody and to receive child support. That should fix her clock. Good Luck.
