Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
child support
My ex lives in Germany and I live in Texas...do we have to have support orders before we go in front of the judge or does the judge decide at the time of the decree signing?

It is never a good idea to try to be your own attorney in a matter that involves children. In the long run it is going to cost you more than you are saving by trying to do this yourself. You really need to talk to a good family law attorney.
