Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am in a common law relationship. I have been in this relationship 13 years. I have invested a home with my domestic partner, unfortunately; every investment is in his name only. The reason is because of my credit history that is why we agreed on terms of all investments in his name to acquire the personal property and investments we have. Now, our relationship is not at good standing and I am needing legal advice on only getting what I have put in no only sharing the years of investing with a home, cars, monthly household expenses my time and effort in trying to make something that I know now can never be. Can you please let me know what I can get back. I just want to move on with my life and start brand new. However, I don't want to leave empty handed
