Re: Divorce Decree

Divorce was final Dec.2006 and in it states i can not move 60 miles out of Austin Tx. but i want to move to Dallas. If ex will not agree to this, what recourse would i have?

Try to get a change in the custody or let your spouse keep the kids.

Judges are often very reluctant to release someone from a geographical restriction. You need a lawyer, and you need to be able to present very compelling reasons for the release. It will be an uphill battle.
