Divorce

My wife left me and when she did we sat down and she wrote an agreement stating she wanted to leave basically everything to me, and pay the bills till the house sells then give me the money, i gave it to my lawyer and they faxed it to the court,then we filed for divorce now she is taking me to court to get everything? does that agreement hold any water?

It would appear you are currently represented by counsel, as such this question should be directed to your attorney. Nonetheless, ordinarily marital settlement agreements are typically enforceable as long as all the formalities associated with them have been observed.
