Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

divorce/child custody

I have court tomorrow and I am going to try to post pone it. If they will not postpone it, and I represent myself (ugh) after it is all said and done and the Judge orders (whatever) to take place and suggests that you agree to this and sign. So, you do. The next day you wonder what the heck you were thinking and you don't like or agree with any of it. Is there something that I can file (appeal) to change any of it? Is there a time limit to file? Or am I SOL ?

Run...don't walk to an attorney's office.

I don't know what county you live in but you might want to call Patricia Bushman at 713.807.9405.

Her office is on Kirby by Reliant Stadium. She offers evening and week-end appointments.

Her email is [email protected]

Good luck!

Tell her that FRAN sent you.

You will talk to ARLENE in her office.

Arlene was out sick last week so if she sounds kinda strained it's because she's still sick.
