I divorced July 3, 2001. My husband lied in court and told the judge we had no community property although he had over $200,000 in his retirement plan, money in bank accounts, and had a federal loan on a house which he purchased in 1998 in another town that I knew nothing about but found on copies of the IRS tax return. Can I take my husband back to court for fraud and get my half of the assets we had at the time of the divorce. My husband filed the divorce so I did not have to be present in the courtroom at the final hearing but I did not know he was going to lie to the judge.
