Durable Power Of Atty

if my son has a durable power of atty. on my father without me knowing he had one can I get one here in Tx. to void his out? I am concerned to why he and his girlfriend have to have one and I think I need to have the main say over my father even though they have been taking care of him I thought, I now am finding out things that concern me and he is 84 and now with me. They are from Ok. Iam not at all saying they are not to be with him Iam saying his care and bank accounts are not what they should be.I have no proff just a feeling about the bank but do have proff of his care he also has a mild case of alzheimers.

You may want to contact an estates attorney here in Texas to discuss getting a court order, naming you as guardian of his estate and his person.
