Emergency Restraining Order - children

Can I get an Emergency Retraining order to keep my wife away from the children for the immediate future? If so, how? She has left our 4 year old daughter alone on two occasions. She has neglected to seek medical attention for our daughter for 24 hours when the child had a broken arm

Re: Emergency Restraining Order - children

A temporary restraining order is good for 14 days unless renewed. After that you might get an injunction or restricted visitation for your wife to visit the child after the divorce.
