Is it legal for your spouse whom you are divorcing to check your e-mails?

It would also depend if the computer was used by the entire family or it was your personal business computer.

Lastly, reading emails happens all the time in divorces. Your situation is not unique.

Getting the emails into evidence should be a problem for her since it might be difficult to prove that you wrote the emails. How does the Judge know that someone "pretending" to be you did the emails?
