Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I need a letter of request to serve a summons to my husband. He refuses to sign papers and I was told by the court that I need to find one. All the other papers have been filed, and this is all I need.

It's not a summons. If you have filed your petition, you need to have him served with the petition and the citation. If you do not, he is not under the jurisdiction of the court. Contact an attorney or a process server to serve him. Once he is served, he has a certain amount of time to file an answer. If he does not do this, you can get a default judgment against him. It's not easy to do as a pro se litigant. The best thing is to contact a good family law attorney.
