How can my sister in laws rights be terminated of her children when she was in jail. she was never told, she never went to court, but she knows that her rights where terminated because she was in jail. how can i found out what happen. cps had given me temp. custody of the children, but they took them back and now are be adopted out to other families. My sister in law is about to be release and would like to know what can she do

For sure she had to receive notice of this procedure. If she didn't, she can reverse the process. She will likely need a lawyer. Courts do not appoint lawyers for this procedure. However, she may have received notice and not paid the proper attention to the document. People in jail sometimes don't pay attention to these things.
