Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I pay child support and the other of my child hardly has her and most of the she is with her grandparents what do I do to prove I shouldn't have to pay child support cause the mother hardly has her I feel like it's not right and think my daughter should live with me

If you want custody, you will need to show that the mother does not have her and that the grandparents are the ones to have the child plus you having custody is in the best interests of the child.
