Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i got a protective order against a non-married spouse, we have a child together. his lawyer and him have not signed the orders and it was issued over 30 days ago. he has broken the order multiple times and the police department will not do anything about it because they say "its not on their records" i have orders singed by a judge. what can i do and can him and his lawyer be held in contempt?

If a written order has in fact been signed by a judge, go to the courthouse, get a certified copy, and deliver it to your local police department.
