It is difficult to know, since I have not seen what you wrote out, or if there are any court orders outstanding regarding your children. If there is no outstanding order, you can request a civil standby from local law enforcement and go pick up your kids. Be prepared for grandma to call CPS or an attorney in an effort to keep/get the kids back.

I agree with Attorney Langford. You can go to her house & try to pick up your kids. If she has had them over 6 months, she can ask a judge to grant her custody. If you cannot get her to voluntarily surrender the children then you will need to hire an attorney and go to court to get them back.
