visitation modification.

Can I file (mom) without an attorney for modification of the current visitation arrangement(stated in the divorce decree) that my ex husband and I have agreed when we got divorced.

Re: visitation modification.

Of course. You can represent yourself. A non-attorney cannot represent another individual though. You might want to check with others who have tried doing that for themselves though before you undertake the task. We see bad decrees all the time drafted by the spouses themselves. You can end up costing yourself a lot more money down the road. The courts cannot give you legal advice or guidance to make sure you do it right. Good luck to you, with or without an attorney.

If we can be of assistance to you, just let us know.
