Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My X-wife and i got divorced about four years ago. I am the custodial parent of our twin boys and she is ordered to pay me child support. About a year after the divorce she moved back into our house and a short time later I asked the child support office to stop withholding her payments because we were living in the same house and were basically back together. That is no longer the case and she has moved out again and I will most definitely not be making the same mistake again. The child support office is telling me that in that time she has gotten $15,000 in the rears. My question is how should I proceed with this? She was living with us for the better part of this time. Can i get in trouble for not volunteering to forfeit this money?
