Legal Question in Medical Leave in Texas

texas workers comp

i signed a dwc 24 benefit dispute agreement, that states this word for word. does the compensable 6-22-06 injury to the cervical, left shoulder and left wrist cts? parties agree the claimant sustained a compensable left wrist injury on 6-22-06, and the 6-22-06 injury does not include the left shoulder, cervical and cts of the left wrist. now the question i have is my doctor says the compensable injury aggravated the cervical and cts that were pre- exisiting., the agreement had nothing about pre exisiting can they be compensable .

Re: texas workers comp

If you had a lawyer, call him. If you did not, did you have an Ombudsman? if you had NO representation, you may get my opinion...but even though the doctor disagrees NOW..you agreed to what the BRC 24 says...Sorry..
