insurance harassment
My ex husband died in 2007 and left me as beneficiary on policy my mother as 2nd,due to texas law I was not entitled to recieve benefits although he paid 17 years on this
policy.my mother died in200I .now they wont leave alone I have been divorced for 18 yrs and have sent them mutiple papers including my mother death certificate.can I sue

If you are named beneficiary, why haven't they paid? Call me and we will be glad to review your case at no cost..and enter into reasonable agreement to collect..
