Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

i was fired base on a lie by supervisor

i was fired because my supervisor went to hr and lied on me. i have witnesses who are willing to right statements that this is not true. all i want is my job back, do i have grounds to get it back.

You have no legal right against the company..but follow their procedures and you may have a company give you your job back..But as to supervisor..you have legal right against super for slander/damages...if you feel he/she could pay or has homeowner's insurance which may pay...good luck
