Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

My friend recently agreed to some terms/conditions made by the temp agency who employs her. The email that lays out the conditions only states what she must do, i.e., stay until a certain date, and what the company must do, i.e., pay her a "stay bonus" if she stays even longer. It does NOT state what the consequences will be should either her or the company breech the agreement. My friend foolishly agreed to all of this, also via email. My question is, WHAT, if anything, can her temp agency do if she quits early? Right now, she's guaranteed 6 weeks to them but they're not guaranteeing her anything.

I can provide a little more info, if needed, in order to have the questions accurately answered, but wanted to keep it "short and to the point" for now.

In my opinion..nothing..except harass her...as there is no consideration..unless she has or is working/being paid..and you imply she is not working...but if working, because of the agreement..they have to right to sue for damages..which is all any amployer does..ie pay for work done..but your implications is she is not being paid..guarantee not clear
