Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
Labor Law
I work for a company in the state of Texas as a full time salaried employee. Our company has a written policy requiring us to be given a minimum of 18 days off per 3 month quarterly period. To date, I have been allowed to have 8 days off where almost 36 are required. Often we are called in on our days off and told we must work because we are full time salaried management. It is not unheard of to work as many as 40 days in a row without a day off. Is there any legal recourse for a company not following its own established policy?

Re: Labor Law
You and others similarly treated may have a claim for violation of the Federal Labor Standards Act amongst other laws. We need a lot more facts and prefer more than one claimant..but call/ email if you want to get started
