Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I was recently suspended from work without pay for an entire pay period in Texas for violating a policy I have never been informed of, what are my rights?

unless you have contract or implied rights in company policy, employer is generally free to treat workers as they want..and without more info..one can't say if you have any rights..Also, insisting on rights could lead to termination...
