Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Withholding retirement money + fired no cause.

I was with a company for 20 years and they fired me because I had credit cards with the the company's name as well as mine on it. I am the one responsible for the cards not the business. And the I got permission from the previous owner than I can have the company name on it. They fired me because of that. They also opened my mail with my name on it. They're also claiming they aren't going to give me my retirement money. I was just wondering if I do want to sue, would I have a case?
