Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Texas

Botched Breast Augmentation
Please advise me regarding a bad breast augmentation. Actually, I had the original augmentation over 20 years ago. This one was to correct issues with the hardening of the scar tissue around the implants. It has been about 2 1/2 years since the second surgery. I now have one breast 2 full sizes bigger than the other AND numbness in the area under my left arm circulating to my mid-back where I contracted a post-surgical staff infection from the hospital. (All, including the staff infection, have been documented.)
All I really want is normal breasts! Is there any hope here?

When did you notice there was a problem? Have you spoke with another attorney regarding this?

Do you live in the same county where the surgery was performed? What physician performed the procedure?
