Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

dog bite,homeownersinsuranceresponsability

was bitten by a pitbull at a friends house,the dog came out of the house and atacked in the front yard,dog dose`nt belong to the homeowner but to a guest that has been there 4 3 weeks does homeowners home insurace have to pay medical,lost wages? dog does`nt have rabies vacination guest lied to insurane agent says he was there but was`nt say`s front door was locked it was`nt it was open just glass door pushed to walked up dog came through please help

The homeowner's homeowners insurance policy probably has a med pay policy that will pay your medical bills at the very least. You may also have a negligence claim against the homeowner and guest. If you only want your medicals paid for, contact the homeowner's insurance company and see if they have med. pay coverage. YOu can do this yourself.
