Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I was evolved in a car accident back in August of 08 and even though there were no injuries to the other party there were property damage. In trying to avoid hitting the other party I incidentally hit a transformer which is city property. So in turn because I had fly by night insurance which took my money but gave me no coverage and the other parties insurance would not cover because of some new law the city in which I live is suing me even though hitting the transformer was not my fault but it was hit when I avoided hitting the other party who turned in a turning lane but they did not have the right away. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue, Thanks.

we would be happy to look at the case..and IF you had insurance, you should sue the insurance company, IF it is not your fault, sue the other party...but you must act..see a lawyer asap
