One doesn't need SS# for access to court...we handle many undocumented persons.....so call any lawyer who handles accidents..as our firm does..

You should call a lawyer in the locale of the accident. You don't need a social security number to file a claim (or a lawsuit for that matter.) Most, if not all, injury firms will give you an initial consultation for free. Accordingly, I suggest you interview a few attorneys to see which one you like working with the best.

Additionally, most firms will not charge you a fee unless and until they collect for you. Feel free to call me if you wish to discuss this further.
