Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

My husband was in an auto accident about 3 and 1/2 years ago. And it was in a parking lot of walmart. He hit a pole of a stop sign and so did a bunch of other people. Because of it the car was not drivable anymore. The pole was removed about a year later because of all the accidents. Is it to late to try and get any kind of money for the car.

The statute of limitations on such a claim would likely be 2 years from the date of the incident. I think you have waited too long.
