Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I have a injury settlement that was handled by a attorney my wife hired with papers I signed while under meds. I lost my eye on the job and was working with company to settle and retain a job with the company. Lawyer hired and talks with me stopped. The lawyer settled the case but is withholding my settlement due to the wife will not sign. She wants more than settlement offers to her. Can I take any action against lawyer for representing both parties?

If you signed under meds you may not have been in the right state of mind. But how long before the time you supposedly signed and when the case was settled is of consequence because the case would have had to be settled with your permission. The attorney can represent you both since you are married unless there is a possible conflict (ie she caused the accident) but that can be waived. I'm guessing the company has workers compensation?
