Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I 'm a Truck driver with Occupational accident Ins. I was injured on the job and filed a claim and was denied. I appealed the decision back in August, 2009. I haven't heard anything from them. I would like to know if there is a certain time frame for them to reply?
